General terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply between you as a customer (the “Customer” or “You”) and [Someday Creative AS], reg.no. [926 535 307], address [Cecilie Thoresens Vei 7D, 1153 Oslo] (“Stick It”) when buying products provided on www.stick-it.no (the “Products”).
By ordering one or more Products, You agree to these Terms and that the Terms constitutes a legally binding agreements between You and Stick It.
The products
Stick It offer mobile covers with suction cups, intended to make it possible for You to stick your phone to surfaces such as mirrors and windows.
Order and delivery
All orders are made on Stick It’s website by selecting the Product(s) You wish to purchase and adding the to the cart. The order is then placed through the cart. Each completed order is confirmed by e-mail to You. Stick It has the right to cancel an order in whole or in part if the desired Product(s) is out of stock. If so, You will be refunded accordingly.
The risk of the Product passes to You when delivered at the agreed location. Stick It is not liable for any damage to Products that occurs after the delivery.
Delivery will be made in accordance with the chosen delivery.
Payment and payment terms
All prices are shown on the website included VAT. Orders shipped outside Norway may be subject to local VAT, import duties, and/or taxes. You are yourself responsible for paying such duties and taxes.
Payment must be made in accordance with the chosen payment. Stick It does not accept payment from persons under the age of 18. Stick It reserves the right to refuse or change Your order in individual cases, e.g., if You have provided false information.
Stick It reserves the right to refuse an order if Your payment failed.
Campaigns and offers
Stick It may run campaigns where other terms apply. We reserve the right to cancel a campaign at any time and upon cancellation or expiration of a campaign, these Terms will apply.
User-generated content
Stick It loves to see Your use of the Products. If You want to share Your pictures with Stick It, You grant Stick It a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and worldwide license to use such images submitted by You.
Right of withdrawal
Under the withdrawal legislation, You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the Products, without having to provide a reason. We have extended this to 30 days, to make it easier for You. The Product and Product packaging must be intact and whole, and not used or damaged in any way. The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products that are tailored or personalised according to your requirements.
If You wish to return an item, You must inform Stick It within 14 days from the date You received the order. [Describe how returns are made]
Stick It will refund Your purchase as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after the date Stick It has received the Product and registered Your return. The refund is made using the payment method You used when ordering the Product.
Ownership
All Products sold through the website remain the property of Stick It until full payment has been received and the Product has been delivered to You.
All intellectual property rights to the Product remains the total and exclusive property of Stick It. Your purchase of the Products do not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights in any way.
Warranty
In addition to the rights You have under the relevant legislation, we offer a one (1) year warranty on all Products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages or faults caused by:
– External circumstances such as loss, heat, fire, water or other liquids,
– Misuse or inappropriate use, including dropping the product,
– Aesthetic damages that occur due to normal wear and aging.
Responsibility
Stick It does its best to ensure that all information provided to You is complete, accurate and up-to-date. However, we might sometimes miss something. Stick It reserves the right to such inaccuracies, technical errors, errors in images, out-of-date information, etc. Stick It has the right to correct errors and change or update information on the website at any time.
Stick It does not guarantee compatibility with products not manufactures by Stick It, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the description of the Product.
Stick It is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused by Your use of the Product.
Stick It’s liability for loss or damage arising in connection with your order is limited to the value of the relevant order, unless Stick It has acted wilfully or grossly negligent.

Force majeure
Should an extraordinary situation arise, which is beyond the control of Stick It, and which makes it extremely difficult or impossible to fulfil the duties under the Terms, and which is considered as force majeure under Norwegian law, You shall be notified of this as soon as possible.
The obligations of Stick It shall be suspended for as long as the extraordinary situation endures. Your payment shall be suspended for the same period. The order ay be terminated if the force majeure event continues for more than 90 days.
Changes in terms
Stick It has the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website.

Dispute resolution
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law.
In case of any dispute between Stick It and the Customer, the parties shall as a first step strive to resolve the dispute by agreement. If the parties cannot agree, the dispute shall be determined by the Consumer Council or, ultimately, by a Oslo city court.
